Active Care Rehab is Milwaukee's full service physical therapy and sports medicine clinic. We specialize in helping clients feel better, regain and improve function and increase activity.

Active Care Rehab located in Glendale, treats all types of physical injuries and diagnoses. We pride ourselves in the individualized attention we give. Our goal is to provide high quality, state of the art therapies and programs while maintaining a motivated, compassionate environment and attitude.
